Every plan is an Ubuntu server of your own with Moodle or IOMAD installed, kept up to date and backed up by us. There is no limit on user accounts and no charge per user: you choose the size for how many people use your site at the same time.

Your site can have as many user accounts as you like. What a plan limits is how many people use it at the same moment. "Online at once" is our estimate of people actively using the site in the same minute for normal course work: reading, videos, forums and assignments. A quiz that everyone takes at the same time is heavier, so count each quiz taker as two.

Every plan includes
- Moodle or IOMAD installed and configured: the web server, PHP and database, SSL, email sending through your own business address, the scheduled tasks Moodle needs, the free Moodle app connected, and a free theme or one you have bought.
- Four step-by-step PDF guides for your administrators.
- Your own domain, or a subdomain of it.
- Updates: Ubuntu, PHP, database and web server security updates, and Moodle's security and minor updates for your version.
- Daily backups, and a copy of your site you can download whenever you ask.
- Monitoring of your server, site and backups.
- Fixes on our side, free: if something goes wrong with the server, the backups, SSL, email sending or an update we made, we fix it at no charge.
- Full Moodle administrator access for your team. We keep the server's root login, because we are the ones looking after it.

Help inside Moodle, such as settings, courses, users, reports or plugins, is charged as below. We tell you the price before we start.

Not included
- Live video classes. BigBlueButton needs a large server of its own, so it is not part of a plan. We can connect a meeting service you already use, such as Zoom, instead.
- The Moodle app's paid features. Your site works with the free Moodle app. Its premium features are sold by Moodle.
- cPanel, Plesk and shared hosting. We host Moodle and IOMAD only, each on its own server.
